In particular, Frolkin confessed to the crimes he committed in Andreevka, Ukraine, in the execution of the civilian population, robbing the civilian population, and confiscating their phones.
In June 2022, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced the suspicion of Frolkin for the murder of a civilian in Andreevka.
Daniil Frolkin accused his commanders of leading the Russian military to death without proper intelligence.
According to him, orders to shoot the civilian population were given by the deputy commander of the brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Prokurat.
In addition to Daniil Frolkin, the Important Stories resource identified other Russian servicemen of the 64th motorized rifle brigade who committed crimes in Ukraine from photos: Dmitry Danilov, Ruslan Glotov, and Ivan Shepelenko.
Daniil Frolkin also accused the commanders of the 64th motorized rifle brigade Azatbek Omurbekov, Sergey Dmitrenko, Vyacheslav Klobukov, and Denis Romanenko of crimes committed in Ukraine.
