He announced this on his Facebook page.
Yes, it was my personal decision. Yes, family and friends are still in shock. And yes, I know that some will never understand me. But I really believe in our Victory,” Vashchuk wrote.
According to him, he saw the “Russian world” with his own eyes and will do everything so that no one else in Ukraine sees or feels like this.
“And when the time comes, I will be able to answer exactly what I did during the war. National Guard of Ukraine, Bureviy offensive brigade. Soldier Vladislav Vashchuk. I serve the Ukrainian people!” – said the player.
