Thea Ruth White is a US voice actress who is best known for voicing the character Muriel Bagge in the animated comedy horror television series Courage the Cowardly Dog created by John R. Dilworth for Cartoon Network and the eighth of the Cartoon Cartoons.

Born June 16, 1940 in Newark, New Jersey, USA.

She worked as a librarian at the Livingston Public Library in Livingston, New Jersey.

In 1983, Thea White married Andy White, who played drums on The Beatles’ first single “Love Me Do”.

Andy White died in 2015.

On August 1, 2021, Cartoon Crave tweeted that Thea White had died.

“Thea White, the voice behind Muriel Bagge in‘ COURAGE THE COWARDLY DOG ’has sadly passed away at the age of 81,” it said.

Her brother Andrew M. White showed the latest video with Thea White.

“My sister recorded this prior to her surgery. She fought. She left us today at 11:05, ”he wrote.
