Spokesperson of the Armed Forces of Ukraine joked about Keith Kellogg’s visit to Kyiv

An officer of the Main Communications Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Lykhovyy, joked about the visit of the US President’s special representative, Keith Kellogg, to Kyiv: he arrived in the Ukrainian capital on the morning of July 14, 2025, and is scheduled to stay in Ukraine for a week.

In particular, the spokesman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published a humorous photo of a non-existent military accounting journal: “Journal of the duty of US officials in the city of Kyiv to prevent air attacks by the Russian Federation.”

“Well, this one is still possible (meaning, to introduce another such journal into circulation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, — Clicker). If only they would take their turn in time (US officials, — Clicker),” — Dmytro Lykhovyy wrote jokingly.

The fact is that with the arrival of Keith Kellogg in Kyiv, Russia almost stopped shelling Kyiv.

It is also worth noting that the accounting journals in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are a very terrible bureaucratic thing that many military people hate. But many of them must be kept.
