Budanov called the diseases of Putin and Kadyrov

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, called the illnesses of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.

Budanov spoke about this in the Antipodes TV project.

In particular, according to Budanov, Kadyrov suffers from drug addiction.

“Kadyrov has certain health problems and excessive drug use,” said Ukraine’s chief military intelligence officer.

He also said that Putin has cancer.

“We know that in 2021 Putin was very sick – this is a fact. He has cancer and has received extensive treatment from the best specialists around the world. What will happen next? Let’s wait,” Budanov said.

According to him, in the occupied Mariupol and at the parade in Moscow on May 9, there was a fake Putin.

Budanov also stressed that the Ukrainian special services have not yet made attempts to kill Putin.

“Putin is a legitimate target for Ukraine, but so far we are not making any attempts to destroy him. In theory, it’s hard. Recognition of Putin’s death will change everything very quickly and drastically. Whether we use this moment – that is the question,” he said.
